Virtual Presentation

All guests will have the option to participate in an interactive presentation and network through virtual participation.

The virtual presentation opens doors for the presentation and publication of your paper without physically attending the conference. Similar to regular presentations, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding. Virtual presenters will also be awarded a Certificate and their papers will be considered for publication opportunities in selected journals.

If you wish to attend as a Virtual presenter, you need to first submit your Full paper via the online submission platform. It will be evaluated by the Conference Scientific Committee. After receiving your paper Review Result, you need to register and pay the registration fee.

Publication opportunity

All accepted papers will be published in selected proceedings (ISI Indexed). Selected papers will be published in Special Issue Indexed Journals (Pertanika) with additional fees.

If you cannot physically attend the conference, join us and give a live stream Virtual Presentation via the conference Zoom platform

If you cannot attend our conference but still wish to have your paper presented at the conference and published in the conference proceedings, we offer a virtual presentation option for your convenience. Virtual presenters are still required to submit a full paper with abstract, and one author must pay the registration fee. Your conference documents will be sent to your email after the conference.

Making preparations for a virtual presentation

Virtual presentations are a great way to engage with the audience and present your findings in the event that you are not able to physically be present at the event. Such presentations utilize technological solutions to allow you to present live.

During a virtual presentation, a screen is split into two parts. The first part displays a live feed of you. The second part is a shared screen, which displays your slides (please see slides best practices earlier on the page).

To ensure that your virtual presentation runs smoothly, you must:

  • Be online and available 15 minutes before the presentation.
  • Have an internet connection that is both reliable and fast.
  • Test your microphone and video camera before the presentation start.
  • Test your slides and make sure they are compatible with a Windows operating system.
  • During the presentation, have a non-distracting setting. The environment should be silent, and the background should be as plain as possible.
